When you join our waitlist, we collect your email address. When you use Fristly, we may collect your name, company information, and SaaS contract data you choose to upload.

3. Data Storage & Security

All data is stored on EU-based servers (Neon, hosted on AWS eu-central-1). We use encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. We never sell your data to third parties.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to:

Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
Rectification: Correct any inaccurate data
Erasure: Request deletion of your personal data
Portability: Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format

5. Cookies

We use only essential cookies required for the service to function. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics in Phase 0.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as you have an active account. Waitlist data is retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion. You can request deletion at any time by contacting us.
